That thinks that everything her child does is so cute, and how can I be mad?
So when Addison removed her diaper the other day and went pee behind the couch, how could I be mad? She has the right idea? You take your diaper off to go potty! GOOD GIRL! BUT, we go on the potty not the floor. Was that not the correct thing to do? I showed her the potty and said this is where we go pee pee.
When Addison mastered opening the cabinets in the kitchen, even once the baby locks were installed, was I mad? Of course not. She is one smart persistent little cookie. Mommy has a hard time opening them. I was proud. She is so smart.
When Addison teaches the other children in the class to say shake your booty! How can I be mad, at least she is not the biter of the classroom.
And when Addison says, I wuv you mommy! It melts my heart.
So Yes, I am that mom whose child is amazing, and at times I do loose my patience and think where does she learn these things. I remind myself that she is a child and learning her limits and testing her boundaries. And I am one proud momma!
